As you know when I first chatted to you on the phone, I felt the prospect of vat quite daunting and terrifying, despite having sifted through all the information sent by Customs and Excise. In addition, you will remember I had already called in a 'VAT Expert' who had left me with a hefty charge, but with no further knowledge than I already had. In fact I felt I knew more about VAT in a dispensing practice than he did.

Well, I have to say that since that initial chat with you things fell into place very quickly indeed. Barry Lewin, whom was assigned to me was superb. Having taken some information from me before our meeting, he was very aware of our practice needs. He talked me through the whole process one step at a time, from filling in the registration form to working our partial exemption and then to doing the first months returns on my own, and afterwards he sent me a summary of all we covered  to make sure I was missing nothing. He absolutely filled me with confidence about his knowledge of dispensing practices, and with confidence that I could cope with the returns. Any questions I had were answered succinctly, and any queries I have had since our meeting have been dealt with immediately. That is particularly reassuring.

Here I am a couple of months down the line, and I have VAT Liaison to thank for getting us up and running so efficiently. The money we spent retaining your services has more that reaped its rewards.
